  • Orders are processed within three business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

  • We offer the following shipping options:

    • Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • We currently do not ship to the following U.S. states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and Wyoming.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $150.00 unless otherwise stated in promotions.

4. International Shipping

  • We do not ship to countries outside the United States of America.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Because Teazy contains consumable hemp products, all sales are final.

With that said, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to standard, reach out to sales@theteazy.com within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
